Customer — a capable individual placing an order on the Website.

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the Goods to the Customer, and the Customer undertakes to pay for and accept the Goods on the terms of this Offer.
2.2. Information about the Goods (description, price, availability) is published on the Website and forms an integral part of this Offer.

3.1. Acceptance ("Acceptance") of this Offer is the Customer performing any of the following actions: (a) placing an Order on the Website and/or (b) paying for the Order and/or (c) confirming agreement with the terms (including via a checkbox in the Order form, if used).

3.2. From the moment of Acceptance, the agreement is considered concluded.

4.1. When placing an Order, the Customer provides data required to process the Order and delivery (for example: name, phone number, email, delivery address, comments).
4.2. The Seller may contact the Customer to confirm Order details (availability, address, delivery time).
4.3. If the Seller cannot reach the Customer to confirm essential details, the Seller may suspend Order processing until the required information is provided.

5.1. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the Website, prices are shown in AED (DH).

5.2. The total Order cost consists of the cost of the Goods and the delivery fee (if delivery is paid).

5.3. The Seller may change prices on the Website. Price changes do not apply to Orders already placed and confirmed/paid, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6.1. The Seller accepts secure online payments by debit/credit card if this option is enabled on the Website.

6.2. Payments are processed via protected payment systems. As a rule, the Seller does not store full payment card details.

6.3. An Order is considered paid once payment is confirmed by the payment provider.

7.1. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days after confirmation (unless different timelines are specified on the Website for particular Goods).

7.2. Delivery times depend on the Customer location and the courier/delivery service used.

7.3. Delivery terms:

• Free delivery for Orders above 300 DH.
• For Orders below 300 DH, delivery cost is calculated at checkout.

7.4. Tracking information (tracking number) is provided after the Order is handed over to the courier (if supported by the carrier).

8.1. Upon delivery, the Customer should check the package condition and that the Goods match the Order.

8.2. If the Goods are damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, the Customer should contact the Seller within 48 hours of receipt and, where possible, provide photo/video evidence.

9.1. Due to hygiene and safety considerations, returns are accepted only for unopened and unused items in their original packaging.

9.2. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date.

9.3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is approved and the item is inspected.

9.4. Return shipping and delivery costs for returns are determined by the Seller depending on the reason for the return and mandatory requirements of applicable law.

10.1. The Seller is not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond the Seller's reasonable control, including payment provider outages, courier delays, or force majeure.

10.2. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided (name, phone, email, address).

10.3. The Seller is not liable for losses arising from improper use of the Goods, unless otherwise required by law.

11.1. By placing an Order, the Customer consents to processing of personal data for Order processing, communication, and delivery.
